  Afternoon, I was planning on trying out a different theme for my website, but noticed all the ‘Explorer’ plans were not available. However, I’ve been paying for an ‘Explorer’ theme for years and my subscription doesn’t get renewed until June — can you take a look at my account and see what’s up? Thank you.

  Hi there!

  From what I see in your account history, you canceled and refunded all your subscriptions on 2024-04-15.
  You won’t have access to the Explorer plan features and themes without purchasing it again.
