Explorer Plan – Stopped accepting payments

I am getting a message that says ‘We are sorry, the sales on this site are currently off.’ I have the Explorer plan and a working Stripe account. I haven’t had issues with payments in the past.
One of the Help articles mentioned that I may need to upgrade my plan but my plan has always supported payments. What do I need to do to reactivate payments on my site?

Thanks for reaching out. It looks like the issue is coming from Stripe’s end. Sometimes they need updated verification information from you in order to enable payments, but we’re not able to tell exactly why there’s a pause on your payments at the moment.
I recommend reaching out to Stripe support to see what the issue may be with your account and they should be able to clear things up. You can contact them here: https://support.stripe.com/contact/login
