Explorer plan upgrade cancelation removes the previous plan + add-on

  Hello

  I was initially benefiting of a Starter plan (including 6 GB storage) with a 10 GB storage add-on, i.e 16 GB of storage.

  When I upgraded to the Explorer plan, it removed my storage add-on, i.e I was back to 13 GB instead of 23 GB.

  Therefore, I canceled the upgrade in order to go back to my previous plan. However, instead of bringing back my Starter plan with my storage add-on, I was back to a free plan with no storage add-on (only 1 GB). This is neither what I expected nor what was announced.

  Please can you bring me back my previous plan and my previous storage add-on exactly as it was before the upgrade attempt? I remind you that I paid the storage add-on July 18th 2023 for one year and I paid my Starter plan the same date for 2 years.

  As it was an emergency, I switched to a monthly Creator plan to solve my problem.
