  Hi. I am trying to export my files but this is what shows when I click ‘Export All’. How can I export my files? Thank you

  For which site you are exporting the content because i opened your blog it says its no longer available.

  Can you tell me the proper address?

  My blog is suspended but one of the ToS staff said that I get to keep all my files and I have to export it. I pressed the export button but I always get “There was a problem preparing your export file. Please check your connection and try again, or contact support.” Please help me. Thanks

  Hi fstat. Thanks for your reply. I dont see an error and it doesnt get stuck. It just shows “Failed to import media”.
  Can you also help me transfer my stats and subscriber from my old wordpress.com website (hertravelguides.com) to my new domain (hertravelguide.com)? Thank you

  Hi again. One of the plugin contributor of wordpress import plugin said that I need to contact the host which is wordpress.com where the images are hosted so I can import my media. Please help me contact wordpress.com to help me import my media. Thank you
