  I am trying to migrate to wordpress.org, but I am unable to download the ‘full’ wordpress files. My hosting service asked me to contact you and request for full download files and wordpress database. Can you please assist with this?

  Hi catcozy,

  When migrating from WordPress.com to WordPress.org, you use the export and import features.

  You don’t have access to the database or any other files. Here is the step by step migration guide.
