Export and import a blog

    This is my second plea for help since I did not get a response the first time round. My client has an account with WordPress. I am helping him export his soupandsuchbillings.wordpress.com to his mysoupandsuch.com (registered with WordPress). When I imported it, it showed that this was being processed and we will be informed when it is done. It has been 48 hours and we have not heard anything. Please help, we are getting desperate. Thank you in advance!
