Export and Import fails….

    Hi there,

    i would like to export the wordpress site to a my own testenviroment. I installed the latest wordpress on the latest PHP Version. I hit export with everything and downloaded the xml file. Switched over to my new site, every thing seems to fail and then it says “Have fun”. Do i have to install all the plugins and theme prior to importing? Is there a way to fix this, or is it possible to download the wordpress folder including the database?
