Can we please download the whole blog database and media library as we are moving to another platform and need to run a script to import this data. Rather than a manual copy and paste…
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
Seems like your issue is related to a site that is using the wordpress.org software, which is hosted outside wordpress.comThis forum only supports the sites hosted on wordpress.com. Please post your question on the wordpress.org support forum: https://wordpress.org/support/
Both( wordpress.com and wordpress.org) are different products. You can find out the differences between them here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Thank you.

Hi there, I might be missing something but when clicking on on the link to blog.unicorntraining.com I land on a subdomain hosted here on WordPressdotcom.
@tlcsalad If indeed that is the case, the support guide that @otpidusprime gave you in his reply here https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/export-blog-database?replies=6#post-2949525 is the way you’ll want to go.
You don’t mention what the new platform is, but keep your site public while importing the XML file there so that the images are transferred over. Once you have everything in place, you can change the old wordpressdotcom base site’s privacy to Private or entirely delete it (which cannot be recovered).
Let us know if you need any other information.
