Export blog posts

    Hello,
    I want to export my site contents before I close the blog. I followed the link to the Export page but it says that I am not authorized to view that page. What gives? My blog posts are my intellectual property. Why can’t I have posts that I created?

    The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff).

    Hi there,

    The WordPress.com account you used to post here only had an Author role on that site. Exports can only be done by users with Admin permissions on the site.

    I see that since you posted here, the owner of that site has done an export, and deleted the site, so I’m guessing you figured this out.

    I also see you’ve since deleted this account and the account that used to own the site, so if you need any more help with this, please reply to the account closure emails we sent you.
