Export blog stats

Hello… i recently switched to a self hosting site. I think i may have gone about it a backwards way… i been able to import my posts and have a subscribe button through jetpack, however i am having trouble exporting my blog stats/merging my data. I had recently reached about 500views and would hate to lose the past month and a bits history. Can you help me grab my stats file somehow or point me towards a plug in that could help? Thanks a bunch!
