export content from wordpress to squarespace

  I am trying to export content from wordpress to squarespace. I transferred my domain amothersgriefjourney over to squarespace and would like to move the blog content as well. My wordpress site is not working properly since I transferred my domain. When I go to tools, export, I get a 404 not found error message. I also get a jetpack error message but when I follow the steps to fix it, I do not have access to jetpack dashboard. I really need to talk to a real person on the phone and get some help

  You’ve posted on the free support forums for websites hosted on WordPress.com. As your site isn’t hosted with us, our assistance is limited, but I can guide you in the right direction.

  To access your content temporarily, since your domain now points to Squarespace, you’ll need to contact the hosting provider responsible for your WordPress install and request a temporary URL. The previous login won’t work as the domain has been redirected.

  While you may see your previous WordPress site in your WordPress.com dashboard due to a connection through the Jetpack plugin, it only allows limited management from that dashboard and doesn’t serve as a backup. If the original site is deleted or disconnected, the content is also removed from your dashboard.

  If you don’t have backups or a full directory (including the database) of your site before changing your domain, your content may be lost if you canceled your original hosting. In this case, reach out to your prior host for assistance.
