Export Content, transfer one site to anouther

    I haver tow websites by wordpress.com. I want to import content from one to another (for example: from 1.wordpress.com to 2.wordpress.com). I try to export content from first website. But I receive the following message:
    ‘There was a problem preparing your export file. Please check your connection and try again, or contact support.’
    what dose mean ‘check your connection’ in the message?

    Hi there

    It usually has to do with a stable internet connection. The export and import procedure can be a bit tricky if your internet is not stable, most of the times it fails just like in your case . Are you still experiencing this issue. If you have access to a different internet, maybe try o switch to that one , or refresh your internet connection if the problem persists.
