export database to hosted WordPress site

  I need these two database files so I can import the Count Per Day (CpD) data from this site (www.morehasbara.wordpress.com) into my new site (www.myhasbara.com).

  One is the ‘count_per_day_options_2016-05-26….txt.gz file
  The other is the wp_cpd_counter_backup_2016-05-26….sql.gz

  Can you tell me how to obtain these two database files from the http://www.morehasbara.wordpress.com site? Thanks.
