Hi there, are these the instructions you are following? https://en.support.wordpress.com/export/#export-your-content-to-another-blog-or-platform
If you choose “Export All” when you use the Export function, it will export all your blog posts, pages, comments, feedback, categories, etc. In other words, all the text on your site. In that text there will be pointers to your images, but not the images themselves. You can export the images themselves separately from that same Export page.
Looking at your above site at anitaraunio.wordpress.com there is very little text there to export. Your pages are images only and your blog posts are empty, but for the title.
What content do you feel is missing?

Hi,
Thank you!
I fallowed all instructions from different sources (by the link you added, as well)
It’s exported -imported only 6-7 pages, and really small amount of pics -
Hello again, where are you trying to import your XML file to?
Try exporting from the WP Admin interface rather than from MySites
https://anitaraunio.wordpress.com/wp-admin/export.phpLet us know how that goes.

Thank you ones again!
I always manage my page from Admin interface.
To WP.org (SiteGround)
Now it imported 11 pages from 53, and only part of photos :(. The pages are not broken, as before.
I am sure, I am doing all as instructed -
Just to confirm that you are exporting from https://anitaraunio.wordpress.com/wp-admin/export.php ?
I’ve tagged this thread for Staff assistance.

Hi there,
I see that you’re using almost 3GB of storage space. Do you have enough space on Siteground?

Make sure that your internet connection is stable. Run a speed test with something like speedtest.net I will watch for an update on the speed. You’re going to need high speed internet to manage an export of that size. Otherwise, I’d suggest breaking it in to smaller chunks.

Hi,
I am in Filand. I have stabil Interner conections around 10 Mbps, at the moment 10,9. You think it’s not enough?Have you chected the export file I am geting from WP. com.
It’s a file, which contains 3 xml doc, each 1,9 Mb and the last xml is only 414 kb.
I have don the export, maybe 5-6 times. The files are always same size.
So if I am going to brake down the export, what is good way to do it? -
Let me try the export from my side of things and see what it comes out as. The internet speed should be fine, just make sure this is the only thing happening at the time of the export (don’t do any video streaming, etc which will slow down the connection).

The export processed but it does seem to be on the small side. When I unzipped the folder there were 4 files and I’ve successfully uploaded them all on to my test site. I’ve sent a note your way via email with a copy of that file to try.

Hi,
Did all as advised.

Hi there,
All the content imported to Liz’s test site, yes.
Note that the export files do not contain any of your media. Media files are fetched by the importer from the source site at the time that you import the .xml file mentioning those images. That is how the WordPress importer is designed to work.
It will also only import images that are attached to posts or pages on your site. I see several unattached images on your site, so try manually attaching them first, then request a new export file and see if that makes any difference:
But the problem is not with the WordPress.com export files. If all the content isn’t importing correctly, it’s an issue with the importer on your self-hosted site.
For help troubleshooting that, please ask in the WordPress.org forums instead:
https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
We don’t have any control over the site you’re importing to, so we’re not able to help with that part.
