Export – download link

  Hi there

  A few nights ago I exported all content, and after some time I received this message: ‘Your export was successful! A download link has also been sent to your email.’
  I’ve kept checking my email, but I’ve not received anything yet. Would you please assist?

  Hi there,

  We did send the email and our logs show it was delivered successfully, but gmail has a tendency to hide our emails in a filter instead of sending it to the inbox. Please check the Social and Updates folders in your Gmail account, as well as Spam. Let me know if you cannot find it.

  Thank you so much. I found the emails in the Junk folder – gmail is strange sometimes.

  If you drag the email from that folder into the Inbox Gmail should learn that you want to see those mails in the inbox instead, and it should stop filtering them.
