  I had Downloaded a Export file from this site and it isn’t working while i open the file it shows error on line 2270 at column 279: Input is not proper UTF-8, indicate encoding ! Bytes: 0xEF 0xBF 0xBE 0x53

  Hi there!

  Do you mean you’re trying to export the content from biblekrps.wordpress.com and import it on a self-hosted one? It is there where you see this error?
  Have you tried exporting the file once again?
