export file problem

  Hi, I’m trying to back up my blog content manually, using the Tools -> Export in order to get a XML file to save. I Can’t : I recive an error advice “File not find”. Can you help me, please?

  I’m also trying to export my blog but I keep getting the “This webpage is not available” error whenever I press the “Download Export File” button.

  Is there a fix for this?

  My sense is this was probably a connectivity issue for both of you. Could you both try one more time and see if you are successful?

  If not, I can send you links to your export files, but it’s better if you are able to get them yourselves.

  It’s definitely not a connectivity issue. I’ve tried 3 days in a row from 3 different locations.
