Export Files

    I exported blog files from the WordPress app and emailed them to myself. I then tried to upload the export file to wordpress.com but I received an error message that there were ‘no authors contained in this file’.

    What does that mean?

    WP.com: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Hmmm, that doesn’t sound right.

    Are you able to export instead from Tools > Export in the site’s Dashboard?
