  Hi, i hope i’m right here! :-)

  My old blog url: http://smaportal.wordpress.com
  My new blog url: http://www.smaportal.at (self hosted)

  Jetpack plugin is installed and running and is connected from smaportal.at to smaportal.wordpress.com.

  So is it possible to move all wordpress.com follower and likes entries from smaportal.wordpress.com to my new blog on http://www.smaportal.at ?
