Export followers

  I would like to move my followers (email and registered WP users) to my new SmileforSophie.com self-hosted site. I installed Jetpack but need to export them from the WordPress.com site and import into the new site.
  How is this done?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,
  Staff can can move your email subscribers only. Followers using the WordPress.com Reader cannot be transferred.
  What’s required is:
  installation and activation of the JetPack plugin;
  posting both URLs into this forum thread;
  tagging the thread with modlook in the sidebar;
  subscribing to the thread so you are notified when Staff make the transfer.
