Export followers from wordpress.com and import them on a self hosted wp site

  I’d like to transfer all followers from this wp.com site http://greinerreise.wordpress.com/ to a new self hosted wp.org website: http://www.abenteuer-reise.net/. I have installed Jatpack and it is connected to wordpress.com. Could you kindly help me with the transfer?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
