Export followers from WordPress.com to WordPress.org
-
I want to export the “WordPress.com followers” list (not sure if the Email-Only Followers can also be done, if not, I’ll just download the CSV and manually add them) from WordPress.com to Jetpack on my self-hosted installation of WordPress.
The original content is at http://midlandsmusings.wordpress.com/ and they are to be uploaded to http://www.midlandsmusings.com/
Not sure if this is a “community issue” or one for the WordPress staff? Your help is appreciated!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Provided you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and you have posted the relevant URL(s) into a forum thread, Staff will do the transfer of both subscribers and stats for you. I tagged this thread for their attention.

Brilliant, thanks so much! One last question: if I delete my WordPress.com-hosted blog (I already pointed the DNS to my new hosting provider), I assume the stats on my self-hosted .org blog will be unaffected (as in, there’s no link between the stats on the .org hosted site and the .com hosted one)? All media has already been moved, I’m not linking to the old site in other way :-)
Cheers,

That’s correct, stats separate and won’t affect each other. If you want I can move stats from your WordPress.com to your self-hosted site before you delete your blog.

Please move all stats and I’ll depricate the old blog once you give me the word. Thanks a bunch!
