export from .org to .com

  If I transfer our blog from .org to .com will it keep all of the existing coding? We are trying to simplify a school blog/website that was set up by previous users with more coding knowledge and experience, but need it to be a more simple ‘plug and play’ version. Or is there another way to copy the content…
