export function does not send link to email

How come I never receive the link? I have tried 3 times to export my blog and I still don’t have the link.
I have checked my spam folder, it’s not there either.
The most recent attempt was today, June 13, 2019. Previous attempts date back to earlier this year and 2018.

Hi there, first please check that your correct email address is listed in your account information at https://wordpress.com/me/account
Since you already mentioned you checked your spam folder, if you are using gmail, also check any email tabs you may have enabled. https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-notifications/gmail-issues/
Since export files are only available for a week via the link in the email, if you don’t find the email from donotreply @ wordpress.com in your emails with the subject line “[yoursitetitle] Export completed” please try the export function again following this guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/export/#export-your-content-to-another-blog-or-platform
Keep the export page open until the notice appears that the export is complete. The link to download your export file will also appear on the export page itself as well as being sent to your listed email account.
