Export function does not work anymore

When I trying to save the blog (all content) following message comes in IE:
Die Website kann die Seite nicht anzeigen. In der Adressleiste erscheint: https://thinktankboy.wordpress.com/wp-admin/export.php?download=true&content=all&cat=0&post_author=0&post_start_date=0&post_end_date=0&post_status=0&page_author=0&page_start_date=0&page_end_date=0&page_status=0&submit=Export-Datei+herunterladen
In Google Chrome I get the message:
Diese Webseite wurde nicht gefunden.
Für folgende Webadresse wurde keine Webseite gefunden: https://thinktankboy.wordpress.com/wp-admin/export.php?download=true&content=all&cat=0&post_author=0&post_start_date=0&post_end_date=0&post_status=0&page_author=0&page_start_date=0&page_end_date=0&page_status=0&submit=Export-Datei+herunterladen.Fehler 6 (net::ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND): Die Datei oder das Verzeichnis konnte nicht gefunden werden.

It seems to be working well for me in Firefox and Chrome Would you please try Firefox?
