Export function not working

  Hi, whenever I try to export my content I get an error message saying something like “internet explorer could not download this file….. either the site could not be found or it is not working…. try again later” Anyone have any idea why this doesn’t work for me?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Is this the guide you are following? Are your running the latest stable version of your browser which is IE9? You can upgrade any browser here.

  Hi, Thanks for your reply. I was following the guide in your link, but as you mentioned my browser I’ve tried with a different browser (Firefox) and it worked straight away. Many thanks for your help.
