Export function not working (no export of xml file)

  I am moving one blog (Red Headed Black Belt) off WP.com to WP.org… or trying to, the export function of the XML file does not work.
  The error page that comes up is:
  Firefox can’t find the file at https://kymk.wordpress.com/wp-admin/export.php?download=true&content=all&cat=0&post_author=0&post_start_date=0&post_end_date=0&post_status=0&page_author=0&page_start_date=0&page_end_date=0&page_status=0&submit=Download+Export+File.

  This has been tried from 4 different computers/ isps/ browsers.

  Please help me resolve this issue.

  Hi Kym,

  Sorry for the trouble! Sometimes the exporter can run into trouble when you have a lot of content. Our team is working on that issue, but for now I can generate that export file for you.

  I’m working on that export now and will email it to you as soon as it’s ready. Please let me know if I can do anything more to help!
