export hangs and doesn't work

  i’ve asked for support with this before, but the “happiness engineer” who tried to help sent me the content for the wrong blog the first time. Second time she tried, she just emailed me saying she was sending me the file but didn’t actually send it and hasn’t responded to my emails. So can somebody please figure out a way to export my content to me?
