export –> import WordPress content

  hay guys.

  this is maybe not the right way, but i try it.
  i have no idea what to do anymore, i want to export my wordpress.com content to import in to my selfthosted wordpress site, i’ve tried it several times, but it really doesn’t work.
  I don’t want to pay so much money, so that wordpress can export it.

  so my question is, is here any nice person who would do this import–> export process for me? it would be so great, and i would be so happy about this.
