Auto-posting will cause you trouble as in getting your blog suspended:

Thanks for the help – Im surprised an you are able to duplicate across face book and twitter (which I don’t use) – will just add a link from my own site, thanks

Here at wordpress.com we do not provide support for installing the capacity on your website to draw the RSS feed from your blog.
Every wordpress blog has an RSS feed for comments and for posts (entries). This is the URL for the feed for your blog’s posts (entries):

http://guestandbellaby.wordpress.com/comments/feed/On your website you will have to write something in PHP or javascript to do that. Here are a couple options:

To comprehend what Google’s position is on duplicated content see here >Google tries hard to index and show pages with distinct information. This filtering means, for instance, that if your site has a “regular” and “printer” version of each article, and neither of these is blocked with a noindex meta tag, we’ll choose one of them to list. In the rare cases in which Google perceives that duplicate content may be shown with intent to manipulate our rankings and deceive our users, we’ll also make appropriate adjustments in the indexing and ranking of the sites involved. As a result, the ranking of the site may suffer, or the site might be removed entirely from the Google index, in which case it will no longer appear in search results. http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?answer=66359
