Export Media Files

    Hello,

    I am trying to download my media files to export and I keep getting a “network error” message midway through the download.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi @cinmedina, you’ve got about 3g of media on that site, so in this case it really could be your internet connection timing out.

    If you’ve exported, then imported into a new installation, can you compare media libraries to see what came through? Did all of the posts come through, too? If not, you may also just try importing again. Sometimes the import times out. And it may be easier to just run that again than try to download all of the site media as one big file.
