Export Media Library

I am trying to move to wordpress.org on shared hosting and I have exported and imported my posts but most of my media library is not importing. Is there any way I can download my media library? Any suggestions on moving a larger media library over? I have tried the importing with and without the box checked that says “Import file attachments”.

That’s the opposite of what you need to do. All media files like images are attachments.
That site is NOT hosted by wordpress.COM and our support docs do not apply to it so be clear on that. We cannot help you as we do not provide support for any blogs that are not hosted by WordPress.COM.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the Theme support forums there.
