Export not exporting proper filetype

  I am attempting to export the blog posts from http://pokerforher.wordpress.com and then upload them to a new wordpress installation.

  The export file completes, but when I attempt to import it I get an error asking for the proper file type.

  When I open the file in XML Editor it also produces an error.

  I have tried doing all authors, as well as each author individually (there is only 2). Neither has worked.

  Whats going on with the export/import?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
