    Hey there,

I see you have many WordPress.com sites registered. Can you please confirm the site from which you want your content exported?

Also, do you have specific parameters for your export, or would you like all the content downloaded?

Let me know and I can run the export and send you a link to the file.

Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks very much.

    Hi there,

I’ve emailed you a link to your export. Keep an eye out for that note.

If you want to have the least disruption in traffic when you move to your self-hosted site, my suggestion is to either transfer your domain to the new host, or remap your domain from WordPress.com to your WordPress.org server. It would be best to use mapping, rather than the site redirect, as long as you’re planning on using the same URL for your self-hosted site.

    How to transfer a domain:
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/transfer-domain-registration/

Here is information about how to point yaallah.in to your new server:
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/change-name-servers/

Also, you should keep the permalink structure intact for existing posts and pages. That way, any links to your site that are already online won’t have 404 errors when they’re clicked on.

Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks much!

You haven’t transferred your domain to your new host yet. Here are the instruction to do this:

Please help me how to import?

I can only help you with issues that take place at WordPress.com. If you’re having trouble with your import, you’re no longer on the WordPress.com servers, and I don’t have access to your account.

W only support sites hosted here at WordPress.com, all issues with the new site – including the importing of the file – must be taken to the WordPress.org support community:

    http://wordpress.org/support/

If you’d like assistance moving your WordPress.com site to WordPress.org, we have a service called Guided Transfer that does all the work for you. Check it out to see if it’s right for you:

You can also contact your new website’s host for assistance.

    Thank you so much.

Hello, I have already sorted all these issues out, but thanks for your response.
Now there seems another issue. I have imported all the content. What I discovered is, when I click on post, there are so many post which are empty and nothing has been inside them.
What’s is that issue, kindly assist in resolving that. Once again thanks in advance.

Hey there! I see that you were assisted on this issue via Live Chat, and it was suggested you speak to your new host about your import.

I’m going to close this ticket, as all appears to be resolved on the WordPress.com end.

Thanks much and best of luck with your new site.
