  Hi, trying to follow your help instructions to export my blog (part of a University assignment on preservation strategies, I’m happy with the service you provide) problem is I can’t find the tools menu referred to in your help instructions. Can you tell me where I can find it please? Screen shots would be useful if possible.

  Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.

  You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and navigate to Tools.

  Dashboard > Tools > Export
