Export of media Files as tar get wrong

    Hello
    I want to export my media files as backup but it failed with chrome and safari.
    My download speed ist 4 MB/s it is fast enough I think…

    Can I use a ftp tool ? or maybe split of files…

    Hi Sylvio, it should be okay. Your account doesn’t allow FTP, but if you can confirm which site you’re trying to export, we can attempt it on our side if you’d like, and then put it on Dropbox or something similar if needed.

    Hi
    these export was now going successful with my Linux OS and Chromium Browser!
    It was failing with:
    – iMac Chrome and Safari
    – Linux Mint 20.1 Firefox

    so now I don’t need any more intervention from you guys
    Maybe in the near future I think about my account to upgrade to personal or premuim depends on which plan has an ftp account
