Export Option Not Working & Lifting of Suspension

    Dear WordPress Support,

    My name is Giuseppe DiCesare and I seem to have run into a problem under the Tools -> Export Feature in which I keep receiving an update ‘We couldn’t export your media library at the moment. Please try again later.’

    Also, there seems to be a misunderstanding simply because when I was simply looking to upload certain documents regarding past Research Reports and all I had recieved was a message claiming that the File type had not been supported, and as a result my Site has seen a Suspension for violating Terms of Services, therefore how can I lift the Suspension?
