Export Personal Data

When a member requests their “Personal Data” to be exported it seems to be working for the most part. I noticed that when a user gets their data exported it gives them X days’ time limit to download the export file – even provides a date.
This all seems great – however.. The file is still available even after the date (set by WordPress) is passed. Unless this request is manually “removed” again from backend admin panel; they’re not able to request another/new export.
Isn’t it supposed to automatically remove the request after the time limit runs out?
It’s a pretty high workload to put on admin to keep removing the requests manually from backend.

It’s not immediately clear what functionality you might be referring to by download personal data. Could you share a screenshot of it? Because we need to understand if it is a WordPress.com feature or a third party plugin feature.
