  Hey guys, I’m trying to backup my posts before the company I work for goes offline. Is there an easy way to backup/export files. I’ve tried doing it through ‘export your content’ but it won’t let me.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi!

  Do you see any errors in particular when you are trying to use the export option available on WordPress.com?

  Also, just to clarify, are you following the steps mentioned on this page? https://en.support.wordpress.com/export/

  Oh, I am not very sure if this feature is available for authors too, or limited to admins.

  I am tagging the post with “modlook” for the WordPress.com staff’s attention. They should clarify this.
