  In admin panel is option to import posts from another blog based on wordpress. Could I export my posts from host wordpress.com and import them at another host (with wordpress of course)?

  Well, we have been touting this RSS-based workaround for at least getting the posts over (you’ll lose the comments). But I guess if the Key Master says you can’t do it, you can’t do it :(
