Export posts including photos to pdf file

  I want to create an archive of my blog as I don’t plan to continue it. I have over 300 posts. I would like to export a digital pdf copy to keep as an archive. I’ve tried multiple plugins but am still stumped.

  Someone recommended a “blog to book” option but I don’t know how that works. I appreciate any help!
