Hi There,
Do you receive a particular error when you try to export or are you looking for help with exporting? If you are looking for information on how to export, you can click on “My Site” – “Settings” and then click on “Export” at the top right you can then click Export All. WordPress will then send you an email with a link to access your downloaded files. This can just be kept as a backup or used to import your blog to a different site if you were moving to self-hosted.

There was a problem preparing your export file. Please check your connection and try again, or contact support. that is the error i received
