Export theme

  Hi. I want to move my WordPress website to my own hosting but I have no idea how to export the theme I already paid. How could I do? Thanks!

  I don’t think you can export the theme you had purchased over here at WordPress.com. But if you’re within the 30 days refund period you can get a refund for the theme I guess. May be you should ask for direction from the Premium Themes Support Forum or contact your theme maker directly.

  Here’s what it says on the Premium Theme support guide:

  Note: Premium Themes that are set up for WordPress.com use only cannot be transferred to self-hosted WordPress.org sites. Some Automattic-developed Premium themes can be transferred to a self-hosted site at no charge, as part of a Guided Transfer. Please post in the Premium theme forums if you’d like to know whether your theme qualifies.

  If a Premium theme doesn’t work out we offer a full refund up to 30 days from your purchase. To cancel your purchase and obtain a refund, please use the Cancel button on Purchases page.

  Gridspace, the theme you are currently using, is not a theme developed by Automattic/WordPressdotcom and so would not be available regardless. If you wish to purchase this theme for your self-hosted WP site, you would need to do so directly from the author, Graph Paper Press.
