export theme and import to own webpage wordpress site
-
Is there a way to export a theme that I’ve been using on wordpress.com and import it back into my own webpage where I am also using wordpress?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The themes here have been modified to work within the restrictions here and to support the unique features at wordpress.com, and they always seem to take a good bit of tweaking to return them to something that will work on a self-hosted wordpress installation. Have you tried searching for the theme you are using over at http://wordpress.ORG/extend/themes/ ? Most themes used here are also available for self-hosted blogs.
Since you did not provide a link to the blog you are talking about, I have no idea what theme you are using.

Hey thanks thesacredpath, I will take a look at the themes link. I am using Enterprise by StudioPress.

OK, with Enterprise, that is a child theme designed to work on the Genesis framework from StudioPress, and is not available for free. You have to puchase the Genesis framework and the Enterprise child theme.

I’m sorry to say that there isn’t a free version for wordpress.org that I can locate. See here > http://www.studiopress.com/themes/enterprise
Enterprise is a professional business WordPress theme for the Genesis Theme Framework from StudioPress. The theme includes a featured slider on the homepage, multiple posts / page layout options, navigation menu controls, backend options panel to manage the theme and much more. -
