Export URL Does Not Send

So I want to export my blog and it told me it sent a URL to my email but I got 0 emails. I have had email problems with WordPress in the past so I just wanted to ask

Are you referring to http://yogipen.wordpress.com/? Or are your referring to another site?

There is a single email address that can be used on only one wordpress.COM username account and not on any others, regardless of how many blogs are registered under that username account.
The wordpress.COM blog’s owner can change the relevant email address on their accounts page at https://wordpress.com/me/account at any time. A confirmation email will be sent to that address.

I am referring to yogipen, and when I go to wordpress.com/me/account, I can see my email, bright as day, spelt correctly. Yet no email has been sent. I did check my spam folder

Already subscribed so I will have to see what happens.
Note to the moderators, I had trouble recovering my account because WordPress system would not send me a password recovery email and had to chat with support, who forced the email to go through. I have never once changed the email associated to my account

I have changed my WordPress account to this new email too. I would have to get into contact with Yahoo but I will use this email for the time being
