export xml file

  I feel stupid asking this, but I’m not a very tech-savvy person.
  What do I do once I download the XML file for export? It won’t let me import to my new blog.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Please post the complete url starting with http:// for the blog you are trying to import your XML file into.
