  I can’t copy my content – I can’t export it. The following message is displayed:
  ‘There was a problem preparing your export file. Please check your connection and try again, or contact support.’
  I tried a month ago and it was the same.
  What to do?

  Have you already tried to export it using a different browser? Also, I’ll tag it to modlook so staff can look into it.

  Hi, you’ve got several scheduled posts. I’ve seen cases where private posts don’t export, and I’m wondering if that’s an issue here as well.

  Would you be willing to unschedule the posts and set them to draft to see if that helps?
