Exported Backup XML – akismet_as_submitted meta_key
-
I exported my blog this evening, and both XMLSpy and my XSLT conversions to HTML failed due to unacceptable data in the wp:commentmeta element with the wp:meta_key of “akismet_as_submitted“.
I suspect the data in the wp:meta_value element should be in a CDATA wrapper, since various HTML elements occurring in that data are illegal as XML text.
(I see a lot of SPAM posts in the forum…. hopefully you’ll see mine among all the crap.)
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Was this an export from http://logosconcarne.wordpress.com/ to a different WordPress site?

Thanks. I’m looking into this issue further for you and will let you know when I find out more information.

That’s great, thank you!
A possibly useful other data point: the wp:commentmeta element in question was apparently added recently. It does not appear in the backup I did in April.
And just to be totally clear, there have always been those elements, but the recent add is one with the wp:meta_key of “akismet_as_submitted“. That’s what’s new.
