Exported file is incomplete

  I’m trying to migrate WP.com site to WP.org site and ‘Export’ file is either not recognized or is incomplete. Only 16kb…??? Tried working with GoDaddy and BlueHost and all point me to EXPORT instructions, but something is wrong. HELP, please. Not a techie. sorry.

  Hi there,

  Your WordPress.com site at https://wraprockroll.wordpress.com/ is not very large from what I can see, but has just a few pages, no blog posts/comments, and just a few images uploaded to media.

  With this in mind I would not expect it to be a very large export file. What is the exact text of the error message you are getting on your .org site? You are following our recommended export steps here? https://move.wordpress.com/
