Exported file not importing on wordpress.org

I am exporting my contents from this site to a wordpress.org site hosted on bluehost. However the exported file doesn’t import. The support team at bluehost asked me to get the backup of wp-content in .zip and database .sql so they can help. Can you please help me with this?

Hi there,
We do not offer the ability to download an archive of the
wp-contentsfolder or the SQL database. These files are common amongst traditional web hosts (like Bluehost) but we use a custom cloud-hosted version of the platform that does not use these on a per-account basis.Instead you will need to export by following the steps on this page: https://wordpress.com/export/cgwseries.wordpress.com
This will create an XML .zip file that you can download to your computer.
Once you have that you will need to log into the dashboard of your new WordPress site on Bluehost, and click on
Tools>Importto upload the file that you created on this end.More info on how to create a WordPress.com export file here: https://wordpress.com/support/export/

What error do you see when you try to import the file?
And, just so we’re on the same page, what is the URL of the site you exported from?
